Phase 1: Initial Registration

Navigate to admission.sjctnc.edu.in using any modern web browser.

Click on the prominent 'Online Admission (2026 - 2027) NEW' button on the landing page.

Open the 'Prospectus'. It is essential to read all institutional policies and course details before you proceed.

In the 'Registration' tab, enter your legal name (as per SSLC), Date of Birth, Email, and Mobile number.

Verify your contact details by entering the OTP (Verification Code) sent to your mobile and email.

Phase 2: Course Selection & Payment

Use the credentials sent to your phone to log in to your personal admission dashboard.

Identify your preferred course on the dashboard and click the 'Apply Here' button.

Proceed to the payment gateway. Choose from Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card.

Once the transaction is successful, Download & Print your payment receipt for future reference.

Phase 3: Data Entry & Submission

Upload a clear Passport Size Photo and enter your detailed personal information.

Provide your permanent and postal addresses. Ensure all contact data is accurate.

Enter your Examination Marks. Note: This section can be updated after official results are out.

Review your entries and check the Declaration Box to confirm the authenticity of your data.

Click 'Submit' to finalize your application. Your journey with St. Joseph's starts now!

Maintain your Login Credentials throughout the entire admission cycle.
